for operational reasons
such as repair, maintenance

as we see fit.
Delivery:
NOTE:
ALL ITEMS NEED TO BE
SIGNED FOR.
- Delivery is from
the date of despatch
not the date of ordering,
subject to stock availability.
- Deliveries are
made between 9am and
6pm, Monday to Friday,
with parcels requiring
a signature. If there
is normally no one
at home, a card will
be left to re-arrange
delivery,
- All orders will
be dispatched within
3 working days, subject
to availability of
stock. The postage
charges within the
UK are as follows:
Saturday and AM deliveries
are available on certain
products. Please email
for a quote.
- Royal Mail First
Class Recorded: Orders
up to£50 will
be charged at £5
- TNT next working
day delivery: Orders
up to £200 will
be charged at £10.00
Orders over
£200.
- will be free delivery
but note that some goods
will still attract extra
delivery costs: this
will be notified by
the items concerned.
For deliveries outside
the UK, we will quote
you for the charges.
Payment:
We accept American Express,
Visa, MasterCard, Switch,
maestro, Solo, and Visa
Delta, Commercial, electron,
JCB, on the website.
All your credit card
details are handled
by ProtX and are completely
safe; they are not held
on Matchpoint website.
We do not charge for
any items until we are
ready to send it.
If you wish to pay by
any other method, please
contact us directly
by phone or email.
Returns:
Please contact
us first before returning
any items, so we know
what to expect and can
deal with it as quickly
and efficiently as possible.
Fitness
Equipment (and bulky
items) delivery / returns:
Due to nature of these
items we will make every
effort to contact you
to arrange a convenient
delivery time. In some
cases our normal shipping
rates may not apply.
If this is the case
individual shipping
rates are calculated
based on the “ship
to” address. In
such cases we will email
you the approximate
shipping charges for
these items within 3
working days. After
receiving the shipping
estimate, the order
is shipped only after
you approve the shipping
quote. Please note that
the purchaser must sign
for receipt of the order.
Please notify us of
any damage or errors
in dispatched goods
within 48 hours otherwise
no liability can or
will be accepted.
Some items are deemed
as 'Special Order' and
are sometimes sent directly
from the supplier/manufacturer.
Please check this prior
to ordering as they
may not be returnable
if unwanted.
Use of goods is deemed
as acceptance by the
customer, and no returns
will be accepted.
If you are not completely
satisfied with your
purchase(s), we will
refund the money, less
the carriage charged,
if returned within ten
days. Or we can exchange
for an alternative (please
note that this may incur
another postage charge).
Please note all warranty
returns must be clean
and free from dirt and
mud to comply with the
current Health and Safety
Regulations.
Any damaged/faulty
goods should be returned
immediately for our
attention before any
refund or replacement
is given. In some cases
goods may have to be
returned to the manufacturer.
We will do our best
to replace or repair
the item for the customer;
however in some circumstances
this may not be possible.
Factors such as age,
usage, and care will
be taken into account
when inspecting returned
goods.
Our
policy does not affect
your statutory rights.
Out
of stock orders:
If any item you have
chosen is unavailable,
we aim to contact you
via your e-mail address
or via phone within
3 working days. You
have the option to cancel.
Privacy:
Any details which you
provide to us from which
we can identify you
are held and processed
lawfully and in accordance
with the Data Protection
Act 1998.
Cancellation:
Cancellations are only
accepted before the
order has been dispatched.
If the order has been
dispatched prior to
the cancellation, the
return procedure as
defined in”Returns”,
will apply.
Warranty

Most items in our website
have a manufacturer's
warranty, which is passed
directly to the customer.
We have no control over
the terms of the warranty.
